1. Free Standard Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within our supported delivery regions.
For addresses outside our free shipping zones, you will receive an email notification. In such cases, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
Delivery Time:
Orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days after dispatch.
Cost:
No additional shipping fees apply (excluding charges for failed delivery attempts or return shipping).
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
⚠️ Note: Due to current U.S. tariff policies, some products shipped to the United States may incur import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to most addresses within the United States.
Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Depending on your order, items may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
7. Customs & Import Duties
For U.S. orders, all duties and taxes are generally included in your checkout total.
International customers (outside the U.S.) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product (if applicable).
Our Customer Care Team will investigate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
